Does my paypal account need a confirmed address?
Yes. Please confirm your address with your paypal account before you try to purchase from us, we only accept confirmed addresses. (you can do that for free with your paypal account).
Does ThatsLife.org exchange or return items?
All items can be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value. Please contact us immedietly and please notice that any additional shipping charges will be payed by you. We do not do refunds only on special occasions where we are at fault or the item is defected. 30 days limit for exchanges.

What method of shipping do you use?
